Documents shows Office not responding, do like this!!!

Solution 1: Repair or Reinstall the Program

1. Press the Windows logo key + X to see a list of commands and options. (A quick way to access Programs and Features in the Control Panel.)
2. Click Programs and Features.
3. Select the Office program you want to repair and click Change.
4. Do one of the following:
   • In Office 2019 & 2016, click Repair > Continue.
   • In Office 2013 & 2010, click Quick Repair.

You might need to restart your computer after the repair is complete.

If the repair does not resolve the issue, uninstall and reinstall the Office program:

1. Select the Office program in Programs and Features and click Uninstall.
2. Follow the prompts to remove the Office program completely.
3. Type in the product key and click Setup. Log in to your Microsoft account to associate the new installation with your account. This step ensures you don’t need the product key for future use.
4. Complete the installation steps and verify the program works as expected.

Solution 2: Repair System Files Using an SFC Scan

An SFC scan is a command-line tool that checks and repairs system file corruption:

1. Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Type the following command and press Enter: SFC /SCANNOW
3. Wait for the scan to complete. If Windows indicates “Windows Resource Protection discovered corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them,” additional repairs may be necessary.

Solution 3: Reinstall the Windows Operating System

If the error persists after attempting the above steps, reinstalling the Windows operating system may resolve the issue:

1. Back up all personal data to ensure no files are lost during the reinstallation process.
2. Follow the steps to reinstall your version of Windows.
