How to Reset the Navigation Pane in Outlook

  1. Close Outlook – Ensure Outlook is completely closed before proceeding.
  2. Run the Reset Command – PressWin + R, type outlook.exe /resetnavpane, and press Enter.
  3. Restart Outlook – Open Outlook to check if the issue is resolved.
  4. Check for Missing Folders – Verify that all folders and settings are restored.
  5. Reconfigure Your Account  – If folders are still missing, manually add them or reconfigure your Outlook profile.
